We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all annual license purchases. If you are unsatisfied with ClearMicrophone for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date—no questions asked.
After the initial 14-day period, refund requests are generally granted only under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued for:
• "Change of mind" after the trial period has ended and a purchase is made.
• Failure to install the required VB-Cable driver.
• Attempting to use the software on a non-Windows operating system.
• Account or license termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
