ClearMicrophone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single machine. Each license is strictly bound to your motherboard's unique Hardware UUID.
You acknowledge that ClearMicrophone requires a Windows operating system and the installation of the third-party "VB-Cable" driver to function correctly. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchasing.
You may not:
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass the license verification system.
• Redistribute or resell the software without explicit written permission.
The annual license is priced at $0.99 USD per year. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless specified through our payment processor (Paddle). You are responsible for manually renewing your license to maintain service.
ClearMicrophone is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
